The Technology Services help desk has announced a new schedule which will nearly double the number of hours they are currently available. Beginning August 11th, the help desk will be available evening and weekends. All technology related requests should be directed to the help desk, rather than contacting an individual technician. Help desk technicians will provide support with computer, telecom and audio visual questions and issues.

In addition to the extended help desk hours, Technology Services will also be launching the Technology Solution Center. The Center will provide walk-in technology support for faculty, staff and students.
The Solution Center can be reached via phone at 573-875-HELP (4357) or 800-231-2391 x4357. They can be reached via email at CCHelpDesk@ccis.edu. It is located in Launer 1.
