Transformational Plan
The Transformational Plan is Columbia College's strategic plan. Its first version was approved in 2007 and the most recent update occurred in 2011.
In 2008, eleven key institutional goals were identified. These goals were updated in 2009 and again in 2011. Key Goals
In 2005, the College merged its strategic planning process into its reaccreditation activities. The 2012 Higher Learning Commission self-study report and the Transformational Plan were developed simultaneously.
