    Note: If you are near one of our 33 extended campuses (see map), we suggest that you select a campus while filling out the form, in order to be associated with that campus. The benefit of taking online courses through a local campus includes in-person advising, nearby proctors for online exams and the option of taking a mix of online courses and on-campus courses.

    To apply for admission to the graduate program at the home campus in Columbia, MO, select "Columbia, MO Home Campus" in the Location drop-down menu on the application form. You will be able to take either all on-campus courses, all online courses or a mix of both.

    To apply for admission to the graduate program at one of our 33 extended campuses (see map), select the name of the campus in the Location drop-down menu on the application form. You will be able to take either all on-campus courses, all online courses or a mix of both.

    To apply for admission to the Online Campus graduate program, select "Online Campus" in the Location drop-down menu on the application form. You will be able to take solely online (Web-based) classes, administrated by the Online Campus.

    Note: If you are near one of our 33 Nationwide Campuses (see map), we suggest that you select that campus while filling out the form, in order to be associated with that campus. The benefits of being affiliated with a physical campus includes the ability to get in-person academic advising, nearby proctors for online exams and the option of taking a mix of online courses and on-campus courses.
