Esterhazy’s 40th Anniversary: Celebration of String Quartets

Happy 40th Anniversary Esterhazy Quartet! To celebrate their anniversary, we are featuring a concert of many string players, including members of the Columbia Civic Orchestra in Vaughn-Williams’ Four Hymns with tenor Nollie G. Moore. The program will conclude with one of Mendelssohn’s most celebrated works, Octet in E-flat Major: Esterhazy will be joined by one of the Grand Prize winning string quartets from the past Plowman Chamber Music Competition.
