Evening students are encouraged to meet with an academic advisor prior to registration. To make an appointment with an advisor, please call the Evening Campus at (573) 875-7610 or email evening@ccis.edu.

Register for classes in CougarTrack
Register for classes by logging into CougarTrack. Once you have logged into CougarTrack, you should choose one of the Registration links listed under the Academics heading.
- Choose "Express Registration" if you know the exact section(s) you wish to take.
- Choose "Search and Register for Sections" if you wish to choose from a list of available courses.
Note: Financial arrangements are required as part of the eRegistration process.
eRegistration Frequently Asked Questions
Register for classes in person
You may register in person at Registration and Financial Services (Missouri Hall Rm. 205) during the hours of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday.
Register for classes by proxy
Occasionally, a student may not be able to register for classes in eRegistration and may not be able to come in person to Registration and Financial Services. You may use the Registration by Proxy form (link below) to have someone else come in person to Registration and Financial Services (Missouri Hall Rm. 205) during the hours of 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday.
