The Fort Leonard Wood Nationwide Campus of Columbia College seeks an adjunct (part-time) faculty to teach the following course as an evening class one or two times per year: FINC 397 - Principles of Real Estate.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration with appropriate graduate course work in Real Estate; or, a Master's Degree and professional certification (i.e. Broker's Licensure) in Real Estate. Current workplace experience in Real Estate and college teaching experience are highly desired.
