Parking Permits

All parking permits are to be hung from the rearview mirror.

Columbia College assumes no responsibility or liability for any vehicle parked on or near college property. It is the responsibility of the owner to take precautions against damage to, or theft of or from any vehicle.

Permit Fees

Fall semester permits are $40, spring semester permits are $35 and summer permits are $30. Replacement or duplicate permits may be purchased at the corresponding cost for the remainder of the academic year.

Residential Student Permits

Residential students must purchase a residential permit. Due to the limited number of residential parking spaces, only one permit will be allowed per student. Permits are only valid for the academic year in which they are purchased. Residential parking will not be reserved during the summer.

Non-Residential Student Permits

Non-residential students must purchase a non-residential permit. Permits are only valid for the academic year in which they are purchased.

Faculty and Staff Permits

Faculty/staff hangtags are issued at the time of employment and remain valid throughout employment.

Visitor Passes

Visitor passes may be obtained from Administrative Services in St. Clair Hall, room 112, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or from the Campus Safety Office and residence hall offices. Visitor parking is located in the 10th and Rogers parking lot or in any nonresidential lot. Visitor passes must be dated to be valid.
