To properly submit the forms, you will need to either submit the form online (when available), or:

1. Download the desired form.
2. Print it and fill it out completely.
3. Return to the Columbia College Financial Aid Office by mail or via fax.

  A request for special consideration is a process that allows a student to report unusual circumstances that may impact his or her ability to afford an education at Columbia College. If loss of employment is a reason for submitting the Special Consideration Form, you must also complete the Employment Verification form.

  A dependency override occurs when a financial aid administrator overrides the Department of Education's criteria for dependent students. Granted on a case-by-case basis for students with unusual circumstances.

  Any aid recieved for school from the military, an employer, or an outside agency must be reported. Types of outside assistance include aid for tuition, books, fees or other school expenses.
