In an ongoing effort to prevent, detect and correct violations of applicable laws, regulations and policies, Columbia College has chosen Fraud Hotline to provide individuals with a simple, anonymous, risk-free way to confidentially report activities that may involve financial wrongdoing, unsafe activities, breaches of confidentiality, or certain types of other unethical or inappropriate behavior. Each member of the faculty, staff and student body is expected to share in this responsibility.

Submitting a report

If you are aware of any incidents, issues, or concerns regarding the organization, please consider reporting them to management. Anonymous and confidential reports can be submitted online or by calling or faxing 1-855-FRAUD-HL (1-855-372-8345). The following Company ID will be required to submit your report: CCIS

Examples of issues and concerns you should report

  • Embezzlement, misappropriation, theft, or misuse of company assets or intellectual property
  • Misconduct, violation of ethics, laws, company policies
  • Conflicts of interest, bribery, kickbacks, corruption, and self‚Äźdealing
  • Accounting errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or internal control problems
  • Unfair labor practices, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or workplace violence
  • Financial statement fraud or falsification of contracts, reports, or documents
  • Identity theft, privacy concerns, inadequate security of personal information, HIPAA violations

Services provided by Fraud Hotline, LLC are not intended to be an emergency hotline or substitute for calling 911 or other emergency service providers. In the event of an emergency or to report immediate threats to live or property, you should call 911 or local emergency services. All subscribers, reporting parties and users acknowledge that the intentional misreporting of any information is strictly prohibited, and that the intentional misuse of this service may result in criminal prosecution and/or civil liability.
