The Student Records Office maintains the integrity of the academic record and processes associated inquiries and requests. Additionally, the staff is responsible for administering enrollment procedures and activities, managing grade issues and changes, reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse, verifying enrollment, processing the Dean's List and academic probation and suspension, certifying enrollment for veterans' benefits and troubleshooting eRegistration issues.

The Evaluations Department evaluates transcripts and other transfer documents to determine transfer equivalencies and possible academic credit, processes degree checklists, SOC forms, declaration/change of major, declaration of candidacy for degree and application to participate in the home campus commencement ceremony as well as provides degree verification and graduate rank. If you are attending at an extended campus or via the online campus, contact your campus staff initially for assistance.
