Mission

Institutional Compliance promotes a culture of ethics and integrity by maintaining academic compliance as it relates to state authorization and accreditation, and implementing processes of continuous improvement. Institutional Compliance provides a collaborative environment to support college-wide initiatives and assist internal departments.

Dr. Victoria Steel, Director of Institutional Compliance is the Ombuds contact for Columbia College. The Ombuds will coordinate investigations with appropriate parties related to compliance with standards of practice, state policies, procedures, and regulations.
