Columbia College class sessions last eight weeks and six sessions are available each year. The next CC session begins August 28, 2023 and the registration deadline for the following session is August 27, 2023.

What can I study?

Columbia College Global offers traditional classroom instruction for many courses at nationwide locations. Students at nationwide locations are expected to engage with multiple learning methods, including online and virtual while completing their degree. Not all degrees listed are available to students with F1 visa.

    Once admitted, an academic advisor will help you make decisions about your major, coursework and career goals.

    Leverage scholarship opportunities or find out if you’re eligible for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  4. Transfer credit

    Transfer coursework, military training and licensures, and save time and money on your degree

About Fort Irwin

Columbia College-Fort Irwin is one of the newest locations to Columbia College’s global network of more than 40 locations across the nation. Located 35 miles north of Barstow in Southern California, the college is established to meet the needs of the military community and personnel at Fort Irwin, as well as the surrounding population.

Utilizing its national network of site locations, Columbia College-Fort Irwin offers convenient programs for working adults through online, virtual and in-seat classes. Additionally, the college offers an accelerated and affordable education opportunity with its eight-week course format, Truition® model and Military-Affiliated Benefit. Up to 60 hours of transfer credit may be awarded based on an evaluation of military education and training, along with CLEP and DSST examinations at our National Test Center.
