Enrollment Verification

Letters of Enrollment Verification serve as official verification of a student’s current enrollment, and may be requested by students for various purposes. The letter provides directory information, such as the student’s full name, date of birth, enrollment status, and anticipated graduation date. Additional content can be requested. Students may request this letter at any point in the semester.

Note: letter request that include academic standing or GPA information, will reflect information from the last semester completed.

To request an Enrollment Verification letter, complete and return the Enrollment Verification form. We must be provided with contact information for the third-party recipient so that we can forward the letter on the student's behalf. We will not return letters directly to the student.

Note: Enrollment status reflects a student’s academic load for the 16-week semester. Enrollment status will not be calculated based on the academic load of a single 8-week session. Verification of future enrollment will be completed once the student is registered for the requested semester. Refer to the tables below for Columbia College's academic load definitions.
